I recently bought a domain from them without reading their "privacy policy"! It was a great mistake. They share your contact details with a wide network of spammers. Now I'm getting 10-20 calls daily from various spam agencies of web design, marketing etc. Please steer away from this company. Even if you've to pay a penny higher, use the service of other domain sellers that respect privacy. Always READ PRIVACY POLICY!
Worst company. Many links in their own website don't work. I bought a domain with free trial of their website builder. Nothing worked. I cancelled my domain for a refund within 3 hours of buying. Nothing was refunded as they deducted most of my payment as cancellation charges. A poor company indeed.
Absolutely zero customer support. I recently bought an expired domain name via snapnames.com and they automatically transferred me to BigRock. First of all the most basic of things (changing DNS records) doesn't work on their super outdated dashboard. And then there is absolutely NO customer support. Zero. Nada. Looks like a ghost town, an project being abandoned in in 2001.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the hosting company's services. Our server has been going down intermittently, causing major inconvenience to our business operations. Despite multiple reports to the customer support team, we have not received any concrete solutions or resolutions to the problem.This issue has had a significant impact on our business, resulting in a loss of productivity, missed deadlines, and decreased customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the lack of communication and response from the support team has added to our frustration.I urge the hosting company to prioritize this issue and take prompt action to resolve it permanently. As a valued customer, we expect a stable and reliable server to ensure our business continues to operate efficiently.Overall, the current situation has left us with a negative impression of the hosting company's services. We hope they can improve their communication and service quality to avoid such issues in the future.
