Referral Commission Wiped out

I am a loyal customer of BigRock and bought several domains and websites from this company. Also I was am affiliate member of this company and sent several other clients to this website through my affiliate link. But this company never paid my earned referral commission and now they have updated their website design and I am unable to find the dashboard to check my earned amount whereas it was showing earlier.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a domain from BigRock, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. After enduring nine long months of frustration, I decided to transfer my domain away from BigRock. Little did I know that the process would turn into another headache. In an era where user-friendly interfaces and quick processes are the norm, BigRock seems to be stuck in the 1980s. Unlike other reputable companies that provide users with the option to approve or deny domain transfers within their domain panel, BigRock's archaic system takes a staggering 5 to 7 days to complete a transfer.In summary, if you're looking for a domain registrar that respects privacy and doesn't subject you to spam and outdated processes, BigRock is not the place for you. Save yourself the headache and choose a more reliable and customer-centric company for your domain needs.
