How a customer wait 3 days then customers fund rejecting?

Scam! scam!this is just an exaggerated platform with fake diabolical system.last Year I created an account,later after deposit I could not login to my binany account anymore.then I tried to send them an email they were just asking of a stupid questions though I managed to answer them and still they didn't return my account. It has been a while since then, last week I created a new account with everything new so that to avoid any mistake that can cost my account and I deposited.i have used that account for like 4 days with no encountered problem till yesterday morning to now am unable to login to my binany account. Wherever I try to login am told that either password or email is incorrect.i was sure with my login since I use them but then later I decided to confirm them where I find they are correct. Have tried to reach them via email but all in vain.now my second account is nothing just like the first one poor me... they don't help but they pretend to help.if mistake Is found with someone account why do you wait for them to deposit and ban the account. Account should be banned immediately after it has been created not waiting until someone to deposit or you make it impossible to be created if there is any mistake.i regret joining binany since have lost my hard earned money... this binany should be banned completely not to be used.. just a useless platform.fake fake😡
Now and after exactly 16 days... I recommend strongly not to deal with this platform.... I usually hear about withdrawal problems but in my case the problem is that the company denies the deposits that I have sent I.e I made deposits but nothing was credited into my account... I gave them all the proofs they asked for... 1st they asked for screenshots to receipts of the app. I used that proves the deposits and the whole details of them ...I provided them....then...they told me that's not enough ( send us the text message on your phone) and again I sent ...then they told me that's not enough...( send us a screenvideo ) and I sent... then they told me that all the proofs I have sent along 16 days didn't prove anything and they didn't receive any funds from me.So considering my story and the fact that the company have no address or even a phone number plus the methods of transactions are only cryptocurrencies and local payment systems which are used by scammers as it's make it impossible to you to be refunded .So collecting all that together should make it easy to judge what is called binany.. there's a lot of trusted trading platforms so why you put your money at risk and deal with what's called binany
