If I could rate zero stars, I absolutely would. This is the worst specialty pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Each month, I struggle for days and weeks to get my medication, only to face repeated delays. Avoid this service at all costs!
I would give 0 stars if possible! This specialty pharmacy has significant issues; they don't return calls, follow up, or ship my medication on time. My last two refills, which need refrigeration, were delayed by 4-5 days, rendering them ineffective. I have to return the medication before they will send new ones. They should send my medication on the Monday before it’s needed, and use a reliable courier.

I have solid insurance coverage, but they incompetently refused to bill the secondary insurance correctly, leading to a claim denial. I've spent over 8 hours on calls trying to resolve this, including several three-way conversations that made it clear they miscoded the claim. This issue was supposedly escalated multiple times with no resolution, just demands for payment. After nearly 4 months, I still don't have my medication. I even had a frustrating call with a supervisor who was dismissive and didn't address the problem. I canceled my order and requested a refund. Deal with this service at your own risk.
