I have used Biossance products for the past four or five years. I primarily use the eye cream and squaline mega repair cream. I am 40 years old and the moisturizers help protect and nourish my skin. I am always complimented on the vitality and look of my skin. I credit Biossance with my other routines.
I have been with your company for some time & love your products. But you recently changed your website process & it isn't user friendly. I had to sign in after I had already signed in to access my rewards points & then it didn't give me a code or email a code to apply in my cart. You have no customer service number & your message isn't timely in responding. I will be looking for another place to order from. I don't need the stress this presented.
I absolutely love these products! My skin has never looked better! I have sensitive skin and have never had any issues with Biossance products. The rose oil is my favorite. Everything I’ve tried has made my skin feel and look smooth and radiant!
