Had a great experience with this company, especially as I had 8 different pensions to bring together. Initially Will dealt with the pension side of it and dealt with what was a complicated and differing set of pensions. He persevered brilliantly though and dealt with things well. The second part of arranging the annuity from the quotes was organised by Ben who made the process simple and quick. Excellent experience.

Retirement line do this process week in week out and are very good at it. The guidance they gave was clear and Matthew Summers was patient with all my random questions. Once I had decided what I wanted to do the admin process run by Andrew Rist went through quickly and I was kept well informed at each stage. I had been speaking to Oliver at Retirement Line for some months anticipating that I would trigger setting up an annuity on my pension fund. He was excellent, delt with all my questions and multiple quote for options with them. When the time came, Oliver was again great and took me through the process providing full information including fees. Once agreed the next steps were assigned to Louise who liaised between Aviva and Legal & General to ensure the pension pot was transferred within the pension quote period and to avoid re-quoting as the annuity rates were dropping slightly.So my pension is now setup and running and the whole process was very smooth.
