I ordered a new item through a premium service. It was quite costly, with all fees charged upfront. The shipping company used was very disorganized, difficult to contact, and provided inaccurate information. After a week, my order is still stuck in their warehouse. I typically receive many packages via regular mail without issues. I find this shipping method unacceptable and it has created a lot of frustration. I am now considering refusing the delivery and seeking a refund instead. Additionally, I've learned of some unfavorable features regarding the product that are concerning to me.
