BEWARE!
This is my 2nd review. I was scammed, lost my deposit, and then only because I wrote a review, did Spedingo write me months and months later. They asked me for my case number, when they have it because it is from the same email they wrote me to. They have blocked me from the platform, furthermore, I cant access, and dont reply emails! I have asked them to contact me to solve this NOTHING! Atrocious customer service!

I was extremely satisfied: the movers were kind and helpful, showing great flexibility with both the dates and the volume of the load. Every item was packed and loaded with the utmost care. If I need moving services again, they will be my first choice.
I specifically selected ON for the 6th of May and accepted the quote and paid the deposit When the driver contacted me he was only available for Thursday which won’t work for me He informed me all your dates are flexible but then you shouldn’t have a selection for ON which specified on a specific date- your website did not say on or about for that selection .I request my deposit to get refunded as I cannot accept a later date and your website is misleading . Please respond
