In 2019, I used to play dice game in Bitsler. Later due to various reasons I had to stop playing this game. I left my balance as it is, didn't even withdraw that balance back then. Later in Nov 2020, I had received a mail from Bitsler that my account is inactive and I had to login in the next 12months, or else my account and the existing balance would be closed. So, I had logged in my account in Jan 2021, checked if everything is fine with my account, verified my balance. Everything was okay, so I left my account and the balance as it is.Later in Nov 2021, I just thought of checking my account. So, I had opened it and I couldn't see my balance. The balance was empty.Bitsler has support system called Live Chat. So, I had texted them there regarding my zero balance.They first said that under the 'Inactive users' policy of Bistler they had cleared my balance. I had gone through their terms and conditions, realized that according to their terms my balance shouldn't get forfeited. Explained my scenario to the one who was online at live chat support and raised my concern to him.During this time, I had no confidence that something positive would happen in my case. But fortunately, within 24hrs, they had revived my balance. To be frank, I thought they had scammed me, and I had no hope of getting my balance back. The Live chat support is just awesome, they reply back so quickly.Once I got my balance, I decided to withdraw my balance as I'm not being active anymore at Bistler and I cannot stay updated with their Terms and conditions, if they change.I had to do KYC of my account in order to withdraw the amount. I did some mistakes while uploading the documents. And here again, I had to go for their Live chat support. I really cannot explain the support they provide through live chats. Their live chat is the best.I have never seen such a customer support anywhere. And finally I finished my KYC within 2-3hours and even got my amount transferred to my personal wallet.They always try to resolve your concern as early as possible. In both the issues I had raised, I didn't expect the things to get cleared so quickly. But they had resolved my issues in no time. And coming to the revival of my balance, If this same scenario repeats elsewhere, I'm damn sure that they will take hell lot of time to just give you some reply after going through the details of my case.
