I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with BitWallet has been deeply disappointing enough that I feel I need to warn others.Here’s what went wrong:The app is constantly down. It’s not just a few glitches here and there — most days I couldn’t even log in. When I could, core features (transactions, balance display, etc.) often malfunctioned.Withdrawing funds takes ages (if it happens at all). Requests are “in processing” for far too long, and customer service gives vague, non-helpful responses.Customer support is unresponsive or incompetent. When I’ve reached out, the replies (if any) are delayed and lack any real solutions. Then when you write a negative review, someone, which I'm pretty sure is probably the CEO himself, asks to take down the negative review and change it to something positive to help me get my money back quicker.Leadership lacks transparency. The CEO and company communication give off a shady vibe — vague promises, missed deadlines, and no accountability.Bottom line: BitWallet has been more of a headache than anything else. Between the frequent app outages, delayed withdrawals, and weak support, I can’t recommend trusting them with your money. There are much better alternatives out there that actually work reliably.
