I ordered flyers and they promised that they will printed and reached to me not later than 18th OctoberToday is 20th October and apparently they are still stuck in Portugal - I did not know this company is not in Canada otherwise I would have never orderedlooks like I am scamed
Hi, we ordered 12 boxes of leaflets and posters from 360online printing. They were printed very quickly, and good quality. However, be aware that that the shipping delivery date might slip quite a lot. Some of our items were delivered a week after the scheduled delivery date. It wasn't easy tracking them since FedEx have taken over TNT operation in Canada. We found the TNT tracking really confusing.
Worse printing and their behavior is awful. Never response to my message, they blocked me, after I complained about how poor their prints are.the prints came all messed up in a box, wet and the text was not readable. And above that I paid the extra for fixing any details was not correct. I am just in the ignore list. These people are a bunch of scammers, be aware… don’t buy from them
Placed an order for business cards. Never saw where it was going to take a month to ship. Now (24 days later) the shipping status is stuck on "sure, we will ship it sometime". I've tried 3 times to contact 360 through their website, no response. Started a dispute through PayPall. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY.
