Using the site was easy and quick! I made the error in not sending an original logo file but that was easily corrected and 360online did a great job at staying on top of me to remind me. Once completed on my end, the order was quickly shipped and my takeout restaurant bags are complete with stickers at an affordable price! Loved that they supplied a 30% off discount on my first order too!
Overall the product is good. My issue was with communication regarding shipping. I received a notice that the package had arrived prior to its actual arrival which was a bit confusing. Reporting the issue was a convoluted process. But the product is fine
