Absolutely the worst shipping company on planet earth. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. I did not have a choice of companies for my shipment but these people would never make a short list let alone a long list. Crate was held up in Vancouver, Canada for a week before they got it across the border coming to Nashville due to "customs paperwork". Since then it's been to Portland, Chicago, Louisville, Detroit, Columbus, Lexington and now Knoxville, 3 weeks after the crate left the warehouse. Still don't have the shipment and it would not surprise me if it's in Miami tomorrow. It's so bad that TForce even blocked the online tracking and show that it is in Nashville but continue to change the delivery date one day at a time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
My experience mirrors many others. They set a delivery date but fail to show up without any notification. This has happened to me twice already. I refuse to continue dealing with this issue. I reached out to the seller to request a return and a full refund.
Completely unacceptable delivery service. I ordered a full closet from a retailer, which was contracted to a delivery company. I received a message the day before with the delivery time. However, two hours after the scheduled window, they still had not shown up. Every attempt to reach their customer service ended in disconnection. It took a direct call from the retailer to finally speak to a representative, who informed me of a truck failure earlier in the day, which I was not notified about. They promised to arrive in 1-2 more hours, but that did not happen. Three hours later, I received a message stating they would arrive in 45 minutes, but again, they did not. They rescheduled for the following Saturday. On Friday evening, I had not heard about the new delivery time, so I contacted the retailer, only to find out that the delivery had been rescheduled for Friday without my knowledge, and then canceled due to a lack of drivers. When I called again, they continued to hang up. This was confirmed during a three-way call with the retailer. Eventually, the retailer managed to get through and revealed that the delivery was set for the following Tuesday, again without notifying me. I hope they actually show up then, but overall, if the retailer is reading this, (a) your customer service is excellent, and (b) you should definitely reconsider your partnership with this delivery company, as their service and customer support are both severely lacking.
We recently had an item shipped that took three weeks to travel from California to Nebraska, and then it remained at a terminal just 30 minutes away for an extra 5 days. We made several calls and were consistently informed that the area wasn’t serviced daily. We ship freight nationwide, and this has been the most frustrating experience we've encountered with any carrier. If it were possible, I would rate them 0 stars.
I received a pallet that seemed to have been left outside in the rain at some point during transit, as all the boxes were wet and water-damaged. While unwrapping, I discovered a piece of wood that pierced through one of the boxes, protruding from the other side. The contents of that box were clearly ruined. The delivery was made without any mention of these issues, as if everything was fine.
My experience with this service has been extremely frustrating. They attempted to deliver my package but claimed it was unsafe to release. When I checked the tracking, it stated delivery was expected the next evening. They even emailed me for instructions on how to proceed, but I received no response. Despite repeatedly informing them that I would leave my door open, they failed to show up. After waiting for eight days and making numerous calls, I am still without my package. The customer support team was unable to reach them either. I have never felt this level of frustration with a service before. If there were a way to advocate for this company to cease operations, I would. They are clearly unfit for business, and a no-star rating would be more fitting for them.
This has been the most frustrating delivery service I have encountered. It's baffling that even after leaving a buzzer note next to the buzzer, they still fail to make an attempt at delivery. I ended up missing out on a gift for a friend because of this poor service.
