Review Time
I ordered 1000 cards from this company, which didn't arrive within the shipping time. I was able to get in touch with their customer service on the website, and according to them the package was apparently lost in shipping. however, they offered to reprint and reship for free, I was skeptical at first, but the order eventually arrived in about 3 weeks and the quality was quite good, much better than expected, I am actually quite impressed.I would recommend this company, 9.5/10. Despite the initial issues, their customer service was very helpful and matter was resolved satisfactorily
If I could put 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience EVER. I ordered my product 8 weeks in advance of my event and it didn't arrive on time. They are stickers which isn't that complicated. The order is nowhere to be found, the tracking is no longer providing an updated date, and there is no human being to be found anywhere to talk to. It's a vicious AI cycle. The few dollars I saved is not worth this hassle. I will never use them again.
Amazing service from start to finish! The design upload was super easy, they answered all my questions promptly, and the banner arrived a few days earlier than the estimated delivery date. Great quality and communication. Highly recommended.
