The image I uploaded was wha I wanted…

The image I uploaded was what I wanted however my image was too small but the site didn’t say it was too small. When I got the email to approve my sticker purchase what the sticker looked like was t what I wanted. Because of that I didn’t approve the sticker. I was still charged and now I’m waiting to see what it looks like when it arrives. I tried to contact “support” but had to wait 3 days for a reply to be told that’s what you bought. A waste of 100 dollars and zero help from BIZAY. The prices may be right but BUYER BEWARE. When things go sideways there’s no help other than an AI chat bot who sends you links that aren’t in your language. BUY ELSEWHERE IF YOU VALUE YIUR MONEY

I ordered stickers on a roll

I ordered stickers on a roll. Quality was very good. I.m in Canada and did not realize these were shipped from Portugal. There was a 3-4 day due to customs so be aware if you are time sensitive. Price was less than half if purchased locally. Overall 5/5 for Price and quality 4/5 for delivery....which is really a customs issue but does detract from Overall experience I will and have placed my second order with them

Nonexistent Customer Support

I placed 2 order three weeks ago through their subsidiary 360online print and received one ten days later. Quality was ok. The second order which was placed at the same time as yet to arrive. Their order status says still in production but it also says it has a USPS tracking number and has been waiting to be picked up for shipment for two weeks.Their customer service is awful, their chat bot only gives ingormation you can already see Nd they have no other contact info available on their sight to email anyone with questions or concerns. I have purchased many promotion items and other purchases online over the years and this is by far the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had.I would recommend anyone considering doing business with Bizay or 360online print stay far far away from this lousy company. There Re dozens of other online companies specializing in what they do. To bizay and 360online print, this is no way to run a business.
