I used this company for the first time to order some business cards and brochures for my business. The quality of their product is absolutely horrendous. The edges of the business cards looked frayed or delaminated with the white paper underneath exposed. And on many of the business cards, there was bleeding ink spots. There was also colour distortion and inconsistency. As for the brochures, not only were they not folded very uniformly, but many of them were ruined at the edges making them look used and very unprofessional. I submitted several claims with the comkept getting back the same stupid canned reply to take photos of the product, which I had already done. I will never use this online company ever again for my business needs!
Bizay took 4 months to fill my order. They had to send it twice because it was lost. Once eventually received the product was terrible. I ordered the rounded corners which are not smooth and very uneven. It looks like I made them myself with a scissors. I can not use these business cards in a professional setting. Very disappointed.
