Product came quick and was as described. Also, a fair amount of effort was evidently made to ensure it was well protected in packaging. My only "complaint" is that I think there should/could be a cheaper and slower shipping option? It was about $30 postage for my small $9 part with no cheaper option that I could see. Maybe because it was around Christmas time postage was more expensive? I am not sure, but it turned up faster than I usually receive packages from Japan, so perhaps it was an express option. I used the cheapest option available that I could see.
Really good prices. Compared to local stock in Australia, items are around 30% cheaper. Items do take 2ish weeks to ship out, but it is 100% worth the wait. Customer support has been super supportive and responsive - will definitely be ordering from blackhawkjapan in the future
