Received item in a damaged condition, for a £100 item not great. Then told I have to pay for return shipping if I want any money back or a return. Extremely disappointed in them as I've shopped with them before and have other items on preorder.

Fairly priced and very reliable. Despite long waiting times on several preorders from Japan no order has been ever cancelled due to the LPs being unable to be delivered by manufacturers or third parties, something I've experienced numerous times ordering from other shops. Proces are sometimes higher but more often lower than the competition.

Having been a customer for several years now, I am continually impressed with everything offered and delivered by BSR. Ordering precious items like vinyl on an international basis is always somewhat precarious.. but their robust packaging ensures the likelihood of damage in the mail is exceedingly low.
