I ordered January 23rd 2025. By the 2nd of February I started to inquire. The company states it's in Miami but the tracking shows overseas. So they lied. Not American. Then I tried to inquire and A.I. stepped in. They stated that they would refund me 20 percent of my purchase due to all the miss information. I requested a full refund and I am reporting spam. Bad product. Don't believe this company
Blake Hampton customer support was exceptional and the best I've experienced in quite some time from an online company. Sadly I was not happy with my purchase but Blake Hampton customer support was able to resolve my concerns to my 100% satisfaction. I would definitely shop with them again.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEYSent pair of ankle boots correct size but impossible to zip up passed ankle Requested to return themOptions - get a replacement pair in different size (the foot size was not the issue)Return them i was advised via email this will cost more than than the refund is worth .Take a 20% refund and keep the boots which dont fit .I wouldn't order again - not based on returns policy
A very big SCAM! I ordered from January and it has been 2 months and did not receive the shoes. They offer me a discount at first which I took because I was still hoping to get the shoes for my cousin birthday. Weeks past and no shoes. I requested a full refund or get my attorney involved. #VERY UNSCRUPULOUS
ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!! I do not believe this is a real company. I placed an order 1/23/2026 and it’s March 12th. Never received a confirmation email and my order still has not arrived. I tried calling their # and all you get is a voicemail. Never received a call back. I then sent an email and received a response telling me that they received my order, however couldn’t give me any details regarding the order. All they said is that your order will arrive within 7-8 days and that was 2/11/2026. I’m convinced that my order will never arrive and this is a total scam. I’ve called my bank to dispute the charges
BUYER BEWARE! This company’s website says they have a Miami address, but not really…apparently. If you want to return products, they claim you have to send them overseas at customer’s expense. Instead, they want you to keep them and offer to refund you only a portion of what you spent.
I ordered a pair of virella heels size 5 for my daughter for xmas. They arrived after the day but thats ok however they would not do up so I asked for a refund and was told that by the time I returned them to Turkey it would cost almost the price of shoes they offered a 35% refund then upped to 40% however then I noticed that theyd actually sent a size 36 instead if 38. Now they have stopped responding! Not good
