The worse customer service ever

The worse customer service ever! Do not buy from this company! My boots came missing fabric and side clips aren't even its off and its cheap made. And you have to ship it back. Its not even worth it or 20% refund! Like wtf! The boots also came smelling really bad! It was definitely wrong. Bought these for a Christmas gift I wouldn't give this crap as a gift its a slap in the face to a friend of family member. Shit maybe its best to drop these off to an enemy. Ughhh

Absolutely unprofessional

Absolutely unprofessional, The shoes smelt so bad I had to leave them outside, and then on looking they sent me a size 4 and not a 5.5. Now iv been asked to send them back to TURKEY, YES TURKEY pay for it and then oder the right size.. again.. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Never order from THem again.... no Christmas shoed for me then.. DISAPPOINTED VERY MUCH...

Unsatisfied purchase

I ordered a pair of shoes from what looked like to be a company not overseas. Boy was I wrong!!! The shoes reeked of cigarettes and I was not happy with the way the shoes buckled and they were too big. I reached out for the return process and so even a bunch of partial refund options or pay myself to return them $15!!!!! What a huge mistake I made buying from this company!!! I was told they hardly ever get complaints yet their overall score is 3.3!!! Sounds to me like quite a few complaints!!!! Please beware when shopping from this company!!!!

Even though it took a long time to get…

Even though it took a long time to get my shoes, I received them in good condition and was in constant contact via email. The shoes I ordered are beautiful just like the Instagram add. They are extremely comfortable, I wore them to work (9 hour day on my feet) I received several compliments. This may be a new company and they still be ironing out some bugs but DEFINITELY NOT a scam. Be prepared to wait a month. 4 stars only because I was not made aware of the timeline.

I ordered shoes on 10/17 and have received several emails that the shoe was being shipped. Today is 11/14 and the shoes are not here. In addition, the website does not exist and there is no way to contact this company. I kindly request a refund for Order #BH7953. I am just praying that this is not a scam. I think "BLAKE" is FAKE...

I saw some beautifil women's shoe images on Facebook tonight about Blake Hampton shoes. I clicked on the link...and there's no website. I went to Amazon's site because "supposedly" they sold their shoes and nothing came up for that name either.So, I haven't purchased ANY shoes from their company simply because they are apparently a bogus company or they have taken down their website due to the various shoe complaints.Either way, something is NOT Right here.

I ordered a pair of shoes recently the were a bit tight and i reached out to the support team to exchange them ..they were very helpful..and they told me to keep the shoes and then send to them my new size and i received them free of charge ..so i was very happy with the customer service !
