What a disgraceful company this is. I haven't been able to play on my account for some time now. After contacting support several times, my account is still blocked from playing. They say I have to buy everything again, completely restart. This is truly outrageous. Nothing was done wrong, nor can or will they provide any details. So I know nothing... I can't defend myself or discuss it, because I don't know why. It's just a rip-off to make more money. I am really not happy with this. I used to play a lot, invested a lot of time and built everything up. I had bought everything physically in the past, so I have lost a lot because I can no longer play on my account. For several years now, this company and their support and treatment seem to be far below what they should be. This is really very disappointing.

If I could give less than a Star I would.
This company is a disgrace.
They gotten really good at squeezing customers with sell up options but when it comes to the quality of their games and customer support it gets worse by the day.

I am trying to do a refund for a game I purchased with I have done many times with other company such as Steam with no problems at all.
Not with Blizzard.
On the final step the website tells me that there has been an error and I should try again in 30 seconds.
Well I have been trying for 2 Days now and its still not working.
I am so sick.
Never ever am I givving this company money.
It is the poorest quality customerservice and every addon of once great games is just so poorly designed with many buggs and flaws and gets boring after 1 day.

SOGUYS PLS STOP GIVING BLIIZARD YOUR MONEY.
ITS A WASTE AND THEY DONT DESERVE A PENNY

Response times from the support team are unacceptable

The response time from the support team is outrageous, with only one answer every 24-48 hours and no online chat available. Even in urgent situations, there is no assistance. A one-star rating is too generous for this ineffective service.

A once-respected company has strayed

This company, once held in high regard, is now viewed as greedy and disconnected from its player base. They appear to be exploiting their past successes without regard for the loyal customers who helped build their reputation. A recent incident involved relocating a game server without communication, leading to increased latency for users and an inconvenient time zone change. Their response was merely an acknowledgment of their oversight. They continue to accept payments for subscriptions without offering refunds. Their customer support seems automated and lacks genuine assistance, reflecting the disappointing quality of their recent releases. While the company may have significant financial value, its treatment of dedicated players is unacceptable and unsustainable. If this trend continues, serious consequences may arise. They seem completely out of touch with the community that once supported them.

A once-great company now lost in greed

The once-admired company has devolved into a profit-driven entity that shows no regard for the loyal player base that contributed to its success. They seem to be capitalizing on nostalgia without acknowledging the dissatisfaction of long-term customers, leading many, including myself, to boycott them permanently. A recent example involved moving a game server without any communication, resulting in a drastic increase in latency for users in the affected region. Their response? A careless acknowledgment of their mistake. Yet, they continue to eagerly accept payments for services and subscriptions. Additionally, no refunds are offered. Their customer support appears automated, lacking genuine care, which reflects the disappointing quality of their latest offerings. While the company may have significant financial value, its treatment of dedicated players is simply unacceptable and unsustainable. If this pattern persists, they may face dire consequences soon. They seem utterly disconnected from the community that once supported them.

Diablo is not worth the investment

The trade chat is consistently malfunctioning, rendering the game frustrating and tedious, especially for those who dislike grinding. I strongly advise against purchasing this game on console; I've heard the situation is less problematic on PC. A temporary workaround for the console involves repeatedly logging in and out, but after five hours of this, I still couldn't access chat. The company does not acknowledge this as an issue, and their inaction regarding this game-breaking problem is disappointing.

Limited support for Warcraft TFT on Mac

While there is support for Warcraft TFT on Mac, they have overlooked the offline mode, which technically exists but fails to function. Additionally, there are numerous bugs throughout the campaign. It's disappointing, especially since the 'save' button occasionally disappears, forcing players to replay sections if they lose progress.

Frustrating experience with account support

My recent experience with customer support regarding an account region change was incredibly disappointing. After moving to a new country, I submitted a valid rental agreement as proof of residence, which met the specified requirements. Despite this, my request was repeatedly denied without clear explanations. The responses I received were generic and unhelpful, lacking transparency about the issues with my documentation. This lack of clarity made it impossible to resolve the matter. Companies may have policies, but refusing requests without proper explanation shows a disregard for loyal customers. Based on this experience, I find their support to be unhelpful and opaque.

Survey experience was disappointing

I participated in what seemed like a straightforward survey aimed at rewards related to a specific game. After answering many questions, I was informed that I was screened out due to not completing the main campaign, which I have no intention of doing. This feels like a greedy tactic.

Disappointing experience with boosts

It’s frustrating to see a boost being sold, only to find that you have to wait an additional 30 days to use it. This situation is quite ridiculous and leaves a sour taste regarding their practices.

Business Details

  • Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. is an American video game developer and publisher founded on February 8, 1991 under the name Silicon & Synapse by three graduates of UCLA, Michael Morhaime, Allen Adham and Frank Pearce. Based in Irvine, California, the company originally concentrated primarily on the creation of game ports for other studios before beginning development of their own software in 1993 with the development of games like Rock N' Roll Racing and The Lost Vikings.

In 1994 the company became Blizzard Entertainment Inc before being acquired by distributor Davidson & Associates and later by Vivendi. Shortly thereafter, Blizzard shipped their breakthrough hit Warcraft: Orcs and Humans. Blizzard went on to create several successful PC games, including the Warcraft, Starcraft and Diablo series, and the MMORPG World of Warcraft.

On July 9, 2008, Activision officially merged with Vivendi Games, culminating in the inclusion of the Blizzard brand name in the title of the resulting holding company, though Blizzard Entertainment remains a separate entity with independent management.[3] Blizzard Entertainment offers events to meet players and to announce games: the BlizzCon in California, United States, and the Blizzard Worldwide Invitational in other countries, such as Paris, France and Seoul, South Korea.
