On a spontaneous evening outing, I found our choice to visit the PPP incredibly satisfying. The atmosphere was diverse, with a wonderful mix of ages and a welcoming group of people who were there simply to have a good time, just like us. In that sense, we had a fantastic experience! If you're someone who relishes exploring your kink in a supportive setting, then going to the next PPP is definitely a great option.

I went because a close friend was going. So all I knew before, was that it's inclusive (because they are bigender) and bdsm/social, in a NSFW space, and had existed for many years (as I'd heard of it pre-covid). Didnt know a thing else.I also run my own NSFW events, and attend othrrs for over 15 years, so I know what good, mediocre and crass events are like in that scene.Panacea was fantastic in every way. Warm, friendly, respectful, good mix of attendees, not too busy or crowded, but plenty enough to have fun. No "hitting on" that I saw, very relaxed vibe. David, the owner and host, was absolutely lovely and his passion for community and for everyone to.enjoy it safely and well, came through clearly, he's nice to talk to as well. The evening started slowly, with many folks sitting round as often happens. Those who arrived with others started the play, but there wasn't a vibe of clingy wannabes. After a while, the room warmed up, a variety of small scenes, and a fair bit of social mingling and chatty friendship was going on. On the kink side there was a diverse range of kinks in use, not at all steroeeotype stuff, it felt fluid, like almost any reasonable kink would have a welcome seat at the table. The venue is one I know well, as I run events there too. So I know how its set out when they arrive, and the work needed to alter the setup to suit an event. They have all clearly worked hard over a * long * time, because it was completely reorganised for Panacea, and very very well done so, too. That says to me, straight off, they have a polished experienced team, and know their stuff, and have been working on the event continually to improve it not just "there's a dungeon go play". The effort and attention to detail shows and spoke volumes to me.Obviously someone who doesn't "get" the lifestyle kink scene and its mindset and lifestyle, will probably not fit in, but its not really an event for those folks. So if you just want to hook up or get laid, forget it. Honestly it won't work for you, its not got the kind of people there you'd look for. Save your money, go to a swingers event or something. This isn't that kind. But if you truly feel most honestly yourself when in a respectful competent warm spirited kink community - try it.
Thank you very much for the comments on my amputation it has been tough I’ll admit that a rough 5 years firstly the pandemic then breaking my leg but it has benefits some of my lovely people supported me well at long last it’s healed after 10 operations and several falls impacted on it’s recovery time hopefully get my prosthetic later this month but in all I’m enjoying my life and hope to make more friends at prohibition still haven’t got a clue what to wear to this one
Run by some really lovely/kind people, in a well kitted-out space. It's always felt like a very safe, friendly and comfortable environment, and feels very queer friendly. Highly recommend (especially for a first-timer experience)!
This was the first kink party I ever attended. I felt welcome and safe. The people managing the event were all very pleasant, the rooms were comfortable, and there was plenty of fun equipment to try.I had a wonderful time; I’m looking forward to going back.
