The online process is straightforward, but it's a bit unclear what to do after payment for the test. For the region, you need to switch websites to book an appointment at a nearby clinic. In my case, it was a walk-in visit without needing an appointment, which was fantastic.

Room for improvement.

I encountered two issues with my blood test order. 1) I made a typo in my personal information, and the system didn't allow me to correct it. It was a one-time input, which is frustrating for users. I made several attempts to get help. Initially, a staff member corrected it, but I didn't receive a revised lab acquisition. I had to follow up again to finally get the updated copy via email. A better approach would be to attach it to my account for easy download. 2) The test results were delayed. The site states a turnaround time of three days, but I received them on the fifth business day. If there's a delay, I expect a notification, which wasn't provided. This could easily be integrated into the system. Thanks to all the staff who assisted me through these challenges.

Issues with communication.

For the first three months, the service was outstanding, and I received my blood test results very quickly. However, then communication stopped; I didn’t receive responses to my emails. This became problematic since email is the only way to reach the service. The chat option on their website has been disabled, and there's no phone number available for customer service. Since they stopped replying to my emails, I'm hesitant to place another order because if issues arise, I may not be able to reach them.
