Ordered and paid on 2 Feb. It is now 21 Feb and the product has not arrived. Was given a tracking number that has no updates.
Tried multiple times to contact them via their website and the email they've been giving out. No response.
Have to concur that they are a shady dropshipping company and this might be a scam.
Everything everyone has said about the shipping concerns is completely true. It was supposed to get to my girlfriend today but "Shipment will be returned to origin-Bad address" was the excuse they gave me. Same address I always use to send everything and this is the first time there is a problem. I do NOT recommend the headache!
I'm convinced the positive reviews on here for this Bloomie Blanket are bots! I ordered a blanket on Jan 27th. It says in the email confirmation that it ships within 3dsys ...It's Feb. 7th and the tracking still shows NO RESULTS!! WTH!! I contacted them on their site ... NO RESPONSE! 😡
I am so happy with my Bloomie Blanket! I was looking for a unique gift and this totally hit the mark. The 'flower bouquet' design is even prettier in person, and the material is incredibly soft and cozy without being too heavy. It makes for such a cute decor piece, too. Shipping was smooth for me, and I’d definitely order another one for a gift!

Ordered a Blanket and a robe for my wife’s birthday. The blanket arrived in fantastic condition and my wife loved it. After realizing (and some procrastination on my part) I reached out realizing I never got the robe. Within 20 minutes of sending my email, on a Sunday, to support asking about it, they were able to help me get the robe. Amazing service and amazing products.
I accidentally ordered to the wrong address, I reached out to the support team right away, and the immediately responded and redirected it to the correct address. Rare to find a company so responsive and helpful.
The item is much smaller than shown. I expected a small to medium-sized blanket, but what I received is at least five times smaller. While the quality seems acceptable, it hardly qualifies as a blanket—it's just slightly larger than a dinner plate. I also received no response from customer service after reaching out about my order, which had no shipping updates for almost a month. I wouldn't choose to order again. Very disappointing.
