There was a slight hiccup in the delivery of my nieces Christmas arrangement (The chocolates were not delivered with the flowers) Upon being notified of this glitch Bloom Magic assured us that they would look into it ASAP. Well, they did and within a few days they rectified the error. This is not the first time that we have used Bloom Magic. Needless to say when sending flowers home for Birthdays, Christmas or any occasion to my family in Ireland from the United States there is no other company that I will use or trust. To anyone who is reading this Post and you want flowers delivered to Ireland 🇮🇪 do yourself a favor GO TO THE BEST “Bloom Magic.”. This is a company that truly delivers exactly what it advertises the quality is magnificent. I reached out to their contact person before placing my order and they were very helpful with all the questions I had and very kind and accommodating with all my requests. The bouquet turned out beautifully and the recipient was very surprised! All in all it was a good experience :) thank you!
Firstly the flowers were sent to an incorrect address. A nursing home. The nursing home staff have said this is a regular occurrence and flowers are simply left outside their door. They then ring the recipient on the label (which is incredibly nice of them and not their responsibility) to locate correct location. In this instance my elderly father went to collect the flowers. To the second part, the order for a bunch of flowers incl delivery was €78.90. With the flowers being 69.95. There were 5 roses in the bunch and 3 carnations. The quality was also quite poor and they had all started to whither by the 5th day. Good roses should last 8-10 days. So quality, quantity and delivery all incredibly poor! Bloom have contacted me and resolved the situation and sent another lovely bunch of flowers
