I bought a bouqet for our neice for her 60th and she said it was one the most beautiful she had ever recieved. I bought another for my sister-in-law for her 83rd and recieved the same feed back. Couldn't be happier with the product or service!
Ordered flowers and chocolates for my mother's 83rd birthday (18th) on 11th November, so well in advance, they were delivered at 6.30pm and left in the common hallway of the building. Chocolates simply put beside flowers (not packaged in any way) I would've thought ordering 1 week in advance they would be delivered earlier in the day, she wasnt home at 6.30pm as had a family birthday dinner. I won't be using their service again. I cannot seem to find a good florist when ordering from UK, delivered either wrong day (late) or very late in the day and I always place orders well in advance.
I was so impressed with Bloom Magic! First of all the speedy customer service I got when I realised I'd made a mistake on the addressee details! And then secondly when they were delivered early on a Sunday morning!Very impressive service all round. Thank you!
