Emailed customer services for a return but no response. Therefore I’ve contacted my credit card co and they are cancelling the deal unless Salt Days contact me ref my return. Not impressed.
I should not have to chase Salt days for a return. Awful customer service, BEWARE🤬🙈🙈

Extremely Disappointed with My Order

I wouldn't have rated any stars if it were possible. I ordered bat socks and red panda socks on November 16, and they only arrived on December 18. They look nothing like the pictures; instead, they are low-quality socks with small knitted designs that don't resemble red pandas at all. Paying £18 for each pair was a huge mistake, and I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. I strongly advise against purchasing from this site!

Extremely dissatisfied with the service

There's no way to rate lower than one star. I will not purchase from this seller again. I attempted to cancel my order and request a refund, but it seems that's not an option as they mentioned in their last email that delivery could take up to 20 days. I would recommend sticking with more reliable platforms or shopping locally.

Misleading company

This company pretends to be UK-based with a ".co.uk" website. It should be a legal requirement to disclose their actual location. I've been waiting several weeks for my delivery, and my email asking for an update received an automated response. I will NEVER use this service again.

Should not be operating in the UK

This company should not be allowed to trade in the UK. I didn't realize I was ordering from them and have faced numerous issues. I regret my decision; you encounter one problem after another. Please avoid them—it's the worst service possible.
