TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I had issues and was promised and paid for delivery, but never received my order. Customer service tried to help resolve the issue, but I still got no delivery. The second time, I paid extra for faster delivery, and no one ever showed up. I contacted customer service 4 times to get this resolved, and the only thing they could say was "we will have someone from the shop email you," I will never order from them again, and I would suggest that no one else does either. They are terrible and the flowers are not worth the price at all

Worst customer service ever. They have failed to deliver my orders over 3 times, and have refused to give me refunds every time. Then when they DO deliver successfully, the flowers do not look anything like what you ordered. These idiots also are incapable of using their own pictures for marketing, and display many AI images on their website that tend to mislead customers.

Second review. Not only did I submit a review yesterday, but I am posting a second review to state that I still have not heard from this awful company. My mother was supposed to receive her flowers on Valentine’s Day. I even paid an additional $10 to have them specifically delivered on Valentine’s Day. She never received them. I am out $155 and I am fighting to get a full refund. I will never ever use this company again and I suggest that no one else does either. I will be more than happy to pay double next time and use a reputable company that will take care of their customers. I tried to call and all I got was an automated recording saying that I had to go online and fill out and submit a form regarding my issue. If I could give them negative stars I would. Do not trust this company. They only want your money

Disappointed with the delivery service

I placed an order for flowers and chocolate for my wife's birthday on a date I selected on their calendar. Unfortunately, neither the flowers nor the chocolate arrived on her birthday. I'm uncertain if I will ever receive them. I strongly advise against using this company; they are unreliable.

Disappointing delivery experience

I placed my order late on December 25th, expecting it to arrive on Saturday, December 27th. Unfortunately, the delivery person did not show up as promised and incorrectly stated that no one was at the delivery location. Although the delivery person came today with the plant, the delivery was not completed. As a result, I have canceled my order and asked for a full refund. I do not recommend ordering from this service.

Very disappointed with the service

I ordered two bouquets. My daughter's arrived but was only a quarter of the expected size and looked poorly arranged. My mom's bouquet was marked as delivered, yet it never came. I will not be using this service again and would recommend others avoid it.

Frustrating experience with delivery

This company doesn't deserve any stars. The driver claimed the flowers were delivered, but they weren't. The staff was rude, and the only response was that they could deliver them the next day.

Delivery issues and poor quality

The delivery date was wrong, and the flowers were not what I ordered. The delivery person attempted to deliver them, but I refused the order. They looked nothing like the $100 arrangement I paid for. I was told that delivery could be as late as 7 PM, which meant my mother's birthday celebration would be over. Customer service offered no refund or explanation for the mishap. I will NEVER use this service again.
