Dan Nichols was an absolute star. Meticulous professional. Clean. Tidy. Did a superb job installing quality kit and ensuring everything was spot on. Thank you again. This is the 2nd roller garage door installed from Garolla. Would 100% recommend. Value for money vs quality is exactly where it needs to be.
If your door works right after installation, consider yourself lucky. If it doesn't, prepare to be entirely on your own.
My newly installed door refuses to close properly and has to be manually dragged down from a 6-foot height. This is a severe safety hazard; my children can easily open the door but physically cannot close it.
I raised this issue nearly four weeks ago. Since then, the "aftercare" team has acted as nothing more than a human switchboard. They refuse to provide an ETA or any real assistance, continuously fobbing me off with a vague "we'll come back to you." Even after explicitly highlighting the immediate safety risk to my children, they have done absolutely nothing.
I am very upset by this experience and heavily regret not spending a little more to go with a competitor who actually values customer safety and post-sale support.
Feel like reviewing like this is the only way you get a case recognised which is shocking.
If I had the option to give zero stars I would. I originally arranged to get the garage door fitted in December that got cancelled on the day after i phoned up to find out when the engineer would arrive, then again twice in feb due to my work schedule. Garolla failed to turn up on all 3 with no call to let me know, i had to phone to find out. Each time was the excuse of illness/injury. Dont waste your time go with someone else
Smooth changeover to GAROLLA transform plus. Jack Baty done a totally professional job from start to finish, took the old door away which was a bonus, Door looks and works fantastic. Would i recommend GAROLLA, ABSOLUTELY. Every thing explained once door fitted. Well pleased, should have done it years ago, i also feel price is very reasonable.
This is the second Garolla garage door I’ve had and have never been disappointed. Great product well fitted. It even came a month early which was even better.if anyone was thinking of getting an electric door I would certainly recommend Garolla.
Our roller door on the garage was pulled open and out of its tracks by thieves looking for bikes to steal it was only three months old, we have asked Garolla for help with a repair and had an appointment missed without explanation and have been repeatedly told it's in hand. Who's hands not sure 🤔
Garolla are absolutley useless. Arranged a new door fitter came and measured, date arranged in 8 weeks time.
Day before fitting due, call to say fitter has had an accident, after moving a lot of things about to accomodate the fitter i was not happy. They managed to get another fitter and on the day was expecting a call for a time of arrival.
Nothing all morning, so I rang, spoke to someone, who advised they would look into and find where the fitter was and what time he would arrive. I had not heard anything back after an hour so rang again. Same response then after another hour I rang again and was told that the fitter could not attend due to time constraints. Rearranged fitting with the promise of £100 off the price as compensation, the rearranged day comes and i get a call on the morning to say the fitter has had an accident and that they do not have anyone to fit it. What an utter joke of a complany.
From survey to installation the process was easy. Good communication throughout.
Two great fitters installed it, Jack Baty and Jamie went the extra mile to ensure it was to my liking as there was a couple of issues when the old door came off, due to house builders.
Easy process from enquiry to order.
Installer turned up on time, and installation was carried out quickly and without fuss.
The aera was kept clean and tidy at all times with no mess left after the job was complete.
