The purchase was straightforward with a 100-day trial and positive feedback online. Within four days, I adjusted the pillow to my needs, and the memory foam warmed up, providing excellent support. As a side sleeper with chronic shoulder and neck pain, I've noticed a reduction in discomfort after two weeks of use. I hope this trend continues. A few tips: 1. Memory foam needs time to reach room temperature, so it may feel firm initially. 2. It adjusts to your contours over time, so be patient. 3. Experiment with the adjustable components as your body acclimates. I lowered the height after four days by removing a layer and will try adding it back soon. 4. Follow the instructions and reach out for support if needed. So far, I'm pleased and will keep evaluating; this is the best I've tried compared to other brands.
