I’m not happy with my order. I did not receive all my items and one had my name spelled wrong. The cups are cheap cups. Stanley and Swig are worth 30.00 these cups are not. My email says my full order shipped but I’m short two cups and a blanket.
I am extremely disappointed! The ornaments do not resemble the images shown on the website at all. The ornament seemed to have actual depth (in this case, a miniature shopping bag filled with makeup). What a letdown! It turned out to be just a flat piece of plastic that looks more like a gift tag meant for the trash. Complete junk! They are personalized (the name is so small it was hardly noticeable), making them non-returnable. I will never order from this service again. I paid far too much for what they are worth!

I'm really not interested in receiving this item anymore, knowing it comes from a location associated with low-quality materials. I reached out to the seller but have yet to hear back! Absolutely unacceptable! The correctly delivered items look nice, but the customer service and accuracy are severely lacking! Look for personalized items elsewhere!
