If I could rate this lower, I would. This is a complete scam! They will charge you more than expected. After about three weeks, you’ll receive a low-quality toy that requires 2 AA batteries and lacks any advanced features. This item is nothing like what was shown on the website. It’s just a cheap toy that can be found elsewhere for $5 or less!
The information provided was inaccurate. It was stated that the toy would respond when called by name and that it would sit down. However, when placed on the table and called, it did not respond at all. This is supposed to be a children's toy, and my aunt is requesting a full refund.
I truly regret giving this one star! I ordered three for my great-grandchildren, but received ridiculous tiny dogs that only move in circles and have an annoying bark. I disputed the transaction with my bank immediately! It's shocking how a company can mislead customers like this. I wanted something nice for the kids, but this was a huge letdown! I've learned my lesson—please avoid this at all costs!
