My experience with the service was profoundly distressing, and I feel compelled to caution others. Throughout my case, I felt unsupported, overcharged, and neglected during a time when I was already facing domestic abuse and significant health issues. I repeatedly had to resend the same documents, and despite clearly instructing them not to, they proceeded to handle my Land Registry matter without my consent. I did not receive adequate professional advice or updates on critical developments. I wasn't even informed about the first hearing in my divorce case. I only found out what had occurred when I got involved a week before the second hearing—at which point I was abruptly told I might lose my home or be forced to sell it. The shock and fear this created were overwhelming. I had to reach out to the court myself the day before the hearing because I felt I was being blocked from attending. The court acknowledged my email permitting me to attend the hearing, which speaks volumes about the lack of assistance I received from the firm. I also felt financial pressure. I was billed monthly for what seemed like minimal progress, and I ended up having to complete my own Form E and other documents without guidance. Crucial evidence I provided was not utilized, which I believe undermined my case. I later found out I was eligible for legal aid—something I was incorrectly informed I could not receive. When I lodged a complaint with the relevant authority, the firm presented a large bill that added even more financial strain, and I ultimately felt coerced into mediation and into accepting an outcome I did not agree with. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service, especially the individuals involved. I hope my review assists others in avoiding a similar ordeal.
