Flight Help is slow to respond, the commission is excessive. I submitted the request in july 2025, and after countless emails and insistence, I received the money in February 2026. The website says they have a 35% commission, but out of 250 euros in compensation, I received 110.
Make the request yourself, it's simple and you get all the money.
Great process until filing your claim, then it's all downhill. the website interface is friendly, they have people approaching you as soon as your flight gets delayed. the submission process is simple, then you get notifications with the status of your claim - also great. but as soon as the process is done, no more notifications, no more confirmations or clear communication - apart from a message confirmation on WhatsApp notifying that you've won the claim and will receive the money in approx 24 to 72 hours.
It’s been a week and all I receive when I enquire by text is the same message: “Vă mulțumim pentru mesaj! Un agent vă va răspunde în cel mai scurt timp posibil.“
Strongly feels like a scam.

Awful! I am BEGGING them to answer and I get no answer since 8 months. They requested me 4 times to add the documents and details and each time they say I didn’t add them even they confirmed last time after I uploaded all the info.
It’s better to do the claim yourself directly to the company. Avoid flighthelp!!
I had 2 delays with the same air company in the same trip. On the one-way (flight A), I asked for FlightHelp's support because it was the first time in my life. For the return (3 days later) (flight B), I did it on my own on the air company website.
Results:
Flight B --> I received 250 euros from the air company within 2 weeks from the request
Flight A --> FlightHelp disappeared for more than 1.5 month. After several requests of update, they asked me once again the same data I provided to open the claim. Finally, they sent me 115.30 euros (46% of the 250 euros the air company gives back for 5 hours of delay).
TIP: if you want to be reimbursed correctly and timely, do not ever use FlightHelp

I have been trying to contact FlightHelp for over 4 months with no response, only automated replies.
Another claim company informed me that the airline has already paid the compensation, but neither I nor my wife have received any payment.

Avoid at all costs! They cannot be trusted with your personal information. After my flight was delayed, they approached me and we exchanged contact information. They responded quickly while gathering my bank, flight, and personal details, but when it came time to make a payment, they completely ignored all my emails and calls. They sent an email stating that the payment had been processed without confirming the amount, yet I never received anything from them. That was in the summer of 2024, and now in January 2026, I am still waiting for a response and payment.
I want to caution everyone against using this service. It has been four months with no update on my claim, despite it being approved and paid by the airline, as confirmed by the airline. Every time I reach out, they claim my claim is approved but that they're waiting for funds from the airline, which is not true. Steer clear of this service.
I filed a claim 10 months ago for a 10-hour flight delay. After landing, individuals with flyers approached me about the claim. I followed all necessary steps and was told my claim was approved, yet they still seem to be waiting for the airline to release the funds. I'm uncertain about this service; it either seems like a significant scam or the airline is highly unprofessional.
