I ordered XL shirts

I ordered XL shirts. They did not fit.Reply stated they sent correct size.Issue closed no returns, refund available.My son who is a size Medium tried on the items and they were too small on him.

They took my money, and never shipped the product.

They took my money, when I sent repeated emails, said due to Covid, the shipping was messed up. Repeatedly sent them emails reconfirming my shipping address. Never received the product. TOTAL RIP OFF!!! Do not order from these crooks. To boot, I have a huge dog so I had ordered the biggest bed they supposedly had. GGGGGRRRRRR!

SCAM with Galaxy Roses!!!!!!

Ordered 5 Galaxy Roses in early March 2020.Stole most of my money!!!!!!!!!!!After many, many complaints and emails, they finally gave me PART of my order.After over 6 MONTHS waiting, they still are suppose to send 2 more Galaxy Roses!!!Where are my other 2 Galaxy Roses????????Police, ACCC and Consumer protection being contacted.Company is a FRAUD!!!!

I assumed the webpage was legit and…

I assumed the webpage was legit and placed an order on 15 April 2020. I was happy my order was being shipped and then it came to my realization that they have shipped it to the wrong address which happens to be Auckland whereas i stay in the middle east . I tried contacting customer support and they kept turning me down that it was shipped to the right address. And it delivered in a few days. The CS team tells me, its shipped to the correct address. So, to verify i reached china post and i find out that they have scammed and given me the wrong shipping number to give me the idea that my order was delivered in a wrong country. Then, to confirm, i came in contact with westgate postal delivery and they too did mention the address mentioned on the parcel was Auckland too.
