Over a week later the owner Michael Cairns (another profile to block) is still having a tantrum about the negative review I've left..please see my Google review on Mantis Ni.!!
He's now calling me "stupid" and a "Moron" he says I should" be the bigger person and admit fault"!!! He's also calling me a liar .
And saying I've "pulled the Abusive woman card" He's now claiming that a female does his socials and is making our I wasn't speaking to him .such B S .
Even IF that was the case then it just makes the shops customer service even worse !! AND HE SAID I WAS MAKING A FOOL OF MYSELF!! 😂
He's clearly now getting family members to write 5* reviews..same surname.. Cairns!! 😂 Look for yourself readers.

I received my order missing a mister bottle and a crushed fruit fly culture. The support team did not apologize or offer a replacement. After multiple attempts to contact them via email and messaging, I received no response. I’m requesting a full refund since I had to find alternative solutions. Their response when given a final chance to address the issue was dismissive.

Unacceptable behavior from the owner

I would not even give one star if it weren't necessary. The owner exhibits abusive behavior and shows no respect for customers. When confronted about his mistakes, he resorts to public insults and attempts to intimidate. I would not recommend this service.

Poor customer service despite decent products

My partner ordered an enclosure and mantises, but they sent incorrect parts, rendering the enclosure unusable. After several ignored emails and a PayPal dispute, we managed to fix the issue ourselves. The eventual response was rude, accusing us of wanting more than just a resolution for the side panel. It’s surprising that this business continues to operate with such treatment of customers.
