Completely fraudulent! I placed an order on December 13th for a Christmas gift, but it never arrived! I can't track my orders, and now the website is down, leaving me with no way to recover my money! A valuable lesson learned!
Fraudulent! I purchased on December 5 through a platform claiming to be American-based, promising delivery in two weeks. I then received a poor shipping confirmation routed through overseas. Initially, customer service emailed me apologizing for the delay before Christmas. Today, I checked the tracking and order status, but the website is no longer operational.
I ordered a product from their site on December 19th and it never arrived! I attempted to call but received no response. I emailed them, and they claimed it was being shipped from overseas due to the holidays. This morning, I checked the tracking, and there’s no delivery date. Their website is gone, and they are scammers! I lost $119!
This is a scam company. They have flashy ads for fun tools but scam customers by taking payments without delivering goods or responding to emails. Their phone is never answered, not even by voicemail. Their listed physical address actually belongs to a legitimate packing and shipping company.
