Super happy with Blue Star Coffee. I placed an order that was not fulfilled correctly. In the packaging there was a card with a QR code to scan if there were any issues. I scanned it, typed what the issue was and it was immediately corrected. I could not be happier with their service. They have a repeat customer for sure

Finding the particular part formy vintage espresso machine could not have been easier. I received it here in the U.S. as quickly as something from any of the coffee specialty retailers here. (None of whom had it, or at least provided adequate details to determine if they did).
