To be honest, I was mega dubious of these guys. The group gasket on my delonghi dedica had gone and I was searching around for a replacement. Not that I search for stuff much but my inner sceptic thought, "How do they have all the parts I need and at a decent rate?!" It turns out I was not the subject of a social engineering scam, they are in fact legit and just a great website with great rates, grrat delivery and hassle free shopping for all your coffee machine needs. Coffee machine is now working again. Thanks!
Fast delivery with no problems whatsoever. The 3 way solenoid I ordered has fixed the issue with my sage barista express which has no water coming through the group. What the steel elbow sorted the leak I had and is much better than the plastic one which is very hard to find in stock anywhere. Very happy to use these guys again.
Needed a replacement pump for coffee machine. Website very easy to navigate and found what I was looking for. Right price and reasonable delivery charge for Ireland. Was delivered a couple of days.Overall very happy and will be using again.
Painfully slow delivery. I ordered 1 item on 10/01/24 and another item on the next day 11/01/24. They decided to send the items separately a week apart from each other, although I ordered them a day apart. This is unacceptable for me. I wouldn't order anything else from this company...life's too short!
