I ordered a pool in July. I got it installed the last day of October. I had five different contractors supposed to come install and then I asked him to go to biweekly payment due to my Work schedule and me being a full-time student and now they continue to harass me every week about my payments when I am set up on biweekly payments. It is getting ridiculous. Who do I contact? I need attorneys who to go against these people.

For the past three years that we’ve had the pool from set up to now anytime we’ve had any issues such as replacing the ion chamber or any questions on how to work the pool they’ve always been right on top of it and the gift certificates really help

Phil came in for a save

Phil got the save-Thanks for reaching out Phil and making sure all ends were net. Failed promises. They’ll tell you whatever they think you want to hear, but when it’s time for them to give the extras they promised- completely ghost you. Promised a promotional credit, did everything they asked and provided proof, but never received the credit. Reached out over four times to follow up on this and have been completely ignored for two months.

Me experience with Bule World Pool was very enjoyable very professional experience with the setup crew. The sales rep wasn’t straightforward with a few things. But all said and done I love the pool I pray it last as long as my payments are 12 years is a long time.

This company is a scam. Been paying over $230/month for over 8 years and they say we are only half paid off. Customer service is a joke and the warranty for the liner was a lie.

We have had an overall positive experience with Blue World Pools. The installation went smoothly and our pool has been virtually problem free. On the few occasions when we have reached out for assistance, they have been responsive and very helpful.
