I initially ordered a vial to try out the product. After a week without delivery, I contacted the shipping service to follow up. It turned out there was a delay on their end, not the seller's fault. I then reached out to the seller, and they promptly sent a replacement, which arrived a few days later. The customer service was excellent, and they were very kind. I even received a complimentary vial case, which I truly appreciate. As for the product itself, I can’t say much yet, as I’ve been on the same dosage for some time and may be building a tolerance. I plan to increase the dosage and see how it works.
Order was dispatched very quickly. Then I received an email from the shipping service indicating that my package was on its way. However, after waiting several days and reaching out to the shipping service multiple times, I was informed they couldn't locate it and suggested I contact the seller for resolution. I reached out to the seller, and they were incredibly responsive, promptly sending a replacement order and taking care of the reimbursement with the shipping service... fantastic service!
Everything so far has been great from the ordering to the delivery and packaging! Peptides were protected and discretely delivered and in a timely manner! Looking forward to trying them out starting today to see the quality of them myself! So definitely highly recommended!
