Honestly, I’ve tried a best seller shilajit brand on Amazon and by God I can tell you that I could immediately tell the difference between that and the real deal by Altitude. The shilajit I had purchased from Amazon had a metallic sort of taste and it made sense why as Altitude is one of the only brands who properly purify their produce- not only that but after taking Altitude’s shilajit, I could notice differences very very soon especially when training in the gym and Jiu-jitsu. As a medical doctor I was excited to see the effect of Fulvic Acid as it’s not easy to get it from other compounds. The first week I felt it reduced my fatigue and improved my mental alertness. The taste is very strong though! I would recommend to take it as it is, since dissolving it in water takes some time and you have to endure the taste for longer!I noticed after the 2nd week that my strength increased in the gym and after the third week, my libido certainly improved.
