I have never used moving services before and I can say the two other companies I tired here a nightmare but then Sunset movies came to the rescue! They were on time, professional and made the move easy and safe! Erik, Roma, Edie, David and Hector are definitely the dream team you want to help you! They were friendly, fast and everything made it from my old place to my new place safely. The Prices was amazing too! They were honest and what I was quoted it what I paid! That was not the case with other companies who promised and then tried to upcharge 3x to 4x the cost on day off. But not sunset movers! They were A+++ and delivery was smooth and all the little details were considered and done with amazing energy and great customer service! I have referred them to all my Military Friends who are moving soon! I will never use another moving company now that I have found this one. Thank you for all the hard work and for such a smooth and easy experience moving as a single female is always hard but with sunset movers trust and believe you will get where your going with all your things ^_^
I had a really good experience with Sunstate Moving Company. The crew was friendly, professional, and handled my things with care. They wrapped all the furniture and made sure nothing got scratched or broken. The move went faster than I expected, and the guys kept a positive attitude the whole time. Sunstate Moving Company is a great Moving Company. They made it an easy transition from California to my new home in North Carolina. They are very dependable and reliable. The price in which United First Class Moving (broker) estimated by the photos which i submitted in advance quoted me $11200.00, Reservation Payment $4000 (this i found out was the broker fees)Pickup payment $3600Delivery Payment $3600Sun state Moving CompanyThe price in which the Broker quoted me tripled in price!Now that i cannot afford to pay for the delivery i have to pay $1500 a month.For 3000 cubic feet Sunstate charged $18440.00Now i cannot afford to pay and i may loose all my precious family items, what they could of done better (Eric) is called me before my storage was up not on the day of. And maybe i could figure out how to get the rest of the money. I have to come up with $4000 extra and i am financially tapped out!
