I bought a 6-week treatment through a discount platform. I uploaded the required information as instructed, but they only provided me with 4 weeks. I've tried contacting both the discount platform and the email provided by the service. They keep sending me back and forth without any resolution. They refuse to refund my payment and are not delivering the service I paid for. Now they're claiming they don't offer 6-week treatments, despite my having paid for one. Customer support is non-existent, and after multiple messages, they've stated they can't issue refunds since the order is marked as complete, even though the medicine hasn't even shipped. I have screenshots of all my communications, and there are no phone numbers available for contact. It feels like a scam!
