I ordered two accessory cases in different colors for my twins as Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, I received two identical items of lesser value than what I ordered. When I contacted the support team to correct the issue and request the higher-priced items, I was informed that they wouldn’t send the correct items until I returned the wrong ones. They mentioned that they would only send the original items if they were still available after the return. This was a mistake on their part, and since these were for Christmas, I ended up keeping the incorrect items. The representative I spoke with was quite rude, leaving me very disappointed with the customer service.
