I bought a 2kg protein bag (Order BF1300245) and it arrived with a defective seal that won't close. Customer service (Nicole) told me they won't replace it and suggested I use "plastic foil or a clip" to keep it fresh. This is unhygienic, unprofessional, and a violation of consumer rights in the Netherlands. They even sent a partial refund without my consent to try and silence me. I want a full replacement or a full refund. Worst experience ever."Update (Case Resolved): After providing technical evidence of the manufacturing defect, the company reached out, acknowledged the issue, and provided a full refund. I appreciate the professional resolution by the Senior Customer Service. Issue resolved."
