Am still waiting my order and support is not responding again. No feedback or update on where my package is. All I wanted was to get response to my emails and that the team was taking action in resolving the issue. I appreciate the response. I know issue has not been resolved yet but I will change my review as support team is finally responding back appropriately.I placed an order on Sunday 02-11-2025. I’m very disappointed to see that my order BF1114303 has been shipped to my old Amsterdam address, even though I clearly provided my current address in Germany during checkout. I mentioned earlier that Apple Pay automatically replaced my correct address with an old one from my Apple account — this should have been corrected before shipment. Order has been delivered an address. Who received it? and who would return it?To make matters worse, I was also overcharged. The checkout process allowed me to select a free or gift product, but I was still charged for it.This has now turned into a frustrating experience. I have send countless emails and tried chat but no response. I’ve always used Body&Fit but no more.

Horrible customer support

Horrible customer support, but the products are decent. I did not receive my order, and I did not receive a refund. When I reached out to customer support, I was chatting with a bot that was inept to resolve my problem, highly frustrated.

lack of transparency and customer care

scammers. the product I received (for almost 100 eu) is absolutely not compliant with the version shown on their site and on the basis of which I placed the order. On their site, and I saved screenshots, the version of the product is different from the version they sent me. I opened a ticket on their website. they replies asking me to send pictures of the product received because sometimes the packaging is different but the product is the same. Not in this case, so I sent them several photos showing that the ingredients are different. I sent already 3 emails and several days have passed and they didn' reply

Outstanding service

Received a package with a bag that wasn't properly sealed so about half of the powder leaked out. After sending a mail with pictures, received an answer within the hour with the confirmation that a new bag will be sent free of charge. This is service and body&fit will be my only shop for fitness supplements. Hope they will perform more quality checks on the seal of their bags though :)

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!The package didnt arrived ordered it with Body & Fit for the first time and the package was taken away. As I contacted the customer service they say the package was delivered and have no help for me. They just dont care, now I am waiting for them to resolve it as I have already paid in full for my order.

Harassing with mails you can't unsubscribe from.

Keeps pushing to make a new login while their website didn't change at all. By doing this, they can send a mail you can't unsubscribe from. If I don't want to order now, I don't have to change anything because I don't have to be on their website. Second mail already and then in between a survey in German and guess what, you can't unsubscribe from that survey mail. Come harassing me at my door like this and see how this will end.
