My biggest problem with cap scarves has been that they start slipping. I have worn it for a few hours and didnt feel the need to set it again so thats a great thing for me. Although i would love to see free shipping options for Canada too soon
The hijabs themselves were beautiful. But 2 of the 4 boxes were broken and torn upon arrival because they were packed in just the plastic DHL courier bag. This is upsetting because these were meant to be gifts and I can't give gifts in broken packaging. And this isn't the first time it's happened. I've bought sets from Bokitta 4 times in the last 3 years and in each order, at least 2 boxes are badly bent or actually torn. Please improve this part of your service.
Helpful, courteous, and quick to respond to my queries. Even gave me option to cancel if I wasn't prepared to pay for custom tax. I went ahead with the purchase after requesting them to get DHL to settle first so that delivery passed Customs. The entire delivery went smoothly. Thank you Bokitta!
i discovered them through a collab last year and i can tell you it was the best decision of my life. BOKITTA hijabs are life saviors, their chiffon quality is amazing, soft and breathable.
