No Communication Poor Confirmation

I ordered and there was no record of my order in my dashboard. I have emailed multiple times and no response. Now I have requested my order to be cancelled and still no communication. It feels scammy and I want my money back.

People aren’t talking about this brand enough!

People aren’t talking about this brand enough!!! Quick postage, shoes perfect size and really good quality. I was going to buy the same shoes from mollini for $350 but bought them from up2step for $160. They came in a cute box with a beautiful bow. I tried to take a photo but trust pilot would not allow. I was extremely doubtful it being a scam but excellent experience.

I have ordered shoes and they were too big

I have ordered shoes whereas I get european 37 the shoes were - after conversion table 37-38. Unfortunately for me they were too big and yet, within the measurement table. I have complained and the next day I got a kind reaction and UP2STEP proposed partial refund. So, all very professional and more than honest :-)

Not trustworthy

You order shoes stating 7-12 days for delivery, one month later: nothing... You write an email and they say 'the shoes are in production'. But it should have been delivered already? Not 1 pair is late, but ALL 3 pairs are way overdue. Please be aware when buying here.

Horrible customer support.

I placed an order for bridal shoes and never did get a confirmation email , nor has the purchase been added to my purchases in the dashboard. Nothing was sent to me. However they did manage to charge my credit card. I emailed three times, Facebook messaged once and also sent multiple requests on their site to please respond. If I do not hear back by the end of the week I will be contacting my credit card company and get the charges reversed. Absolutely horrible service.
