Review Time
Absolutely dreadful service.
Paid for a submission and got a generic, copy-paste rejection that claims to “focus on deep house” — yet my song is deep house. That alone tells you they do not listen to anything properly. There was zero meaningful feedback — no mention of production quality, arrangement, mix, nothing musical at all. Just a lazy template.
This platform is basically a pay-to-ignore service. You hand over money and get auto-generated replies that prove curators aren’t invested in actually reviewing your music. It’s insulting, wasteful, and not worth the fee.
Totally unacceptable for a service that claims to help artists. Until they fix their broken system and ensure real people actually listen and respond, I wouldn’t trust this with any release.
Got placement in 2 playlists and one promise to be placed within 30 days. My campaign costed me 50 EUR. Some Groover ad tells that the same results can be reached for about 100 EUR. Got feedbacks from about 13 curators from 21 curators I had total. Luckily, 4 curators didn't reply with feedbacks and I saved 4 opportunities to contact new curators but having more experience on what to put in the message after getting more knowledge on their playlists.
My experience with Groover has been very positive. The platform makes it easy to connect directly with curators, labels, and industry professionals in a structured and transparent way. I appreciate that feedback is guaranteed, which makes the investment worthwhile and professional.
The interface is intuitive, the submission process is straightforward, and the response time is consistent. As an artist/DJ, having access to real industry feedback instead of automated replies is extremely valuable.
What Groover does well is creating a fair ecosystem where independent artists can pitch their music without relying purely on luck. I also like the filtering system, which helps target the right curators based on genre and goals.
Overall, I would recommend Groover to artists who are serious about promotion and want structured exposure opportunities.
Groover has been a solid platform for connecting my music with real listeners and industry professionals. The process is straightforward, the feedback feels genuine, and it’s been a useful tool for getting my releases in front of the right ears. I appreciate the transparency and the opportunity Groover provides independent artists.
Pretty bad, very time consuming, costly and disappointing. Just as with similar services my take is that most curators are relatively young and have a "modern" taste in music, whatever that may be, liking what is fashionable. My music was however accepted by a couple of radio stations and some less favourable Spotify playlists. Stay away from this service when your music sounds different to what is the taste of the day. It won't be picked up. Just as with similar services as SubmitHub and Submitlink. I will never use these services again and have meanwhile found far better alternatives.
Groover is a really well-designed platform. It enables direct and structured connections between artists and industry professionals, creating a space for genuine and constructive exchange. For artists, it’s a great opportunity to get discovered and receive high-quality feedback; for professionals, it’s a solid and inspiring way to discover new music and support emerging talent.
I was initially doubtful, but the service delivered exactly what was promised! The response was incredibly swift, with results within days. So far, I've been featured on three playlists and am currently in discussions with a label. Even curators and labels outside my genre have expressed interest in future submissions. This was my first experience with the service, and it has positively impacted my career. Excellent work!
Groover is an excellent platform for sharing your music with listeners who might not otherwise discover it. The feedback received is valuable and offers constructive criticism. The effect of having my music included in multiple playlists has been significant, as my fanbase continues to grow.
